I had concerns that the recipient of our flower order didn’t receive their flowers so I logged in to send you a message and within a very short time I received a call, sorry can’t remember who I spoke to, who was so lovely, friendly and professional, to confirm that my order was received and the name of the person who signed for them. In the time between sending my message and receiving the call, the recipient had messaged me to say they had received them earlier in the day! I just didn’t want to contact the recipient first as I did t want to ruin any surprise!! So thank you fir your great service, much appreciated l. Warm regards Brett
