Valerie in Hamilton, New Zealand was sent One Dozen Assorted Roses as a Get Well gift

There was a mix up with the surname and you rang and got it sorted for us ensuring that my mother in law got her flowers that day. She loved them. However, where and how do you apply the free delivery voucher once you have them. This option appears no where on the order site.
