Travis: Initially I got a call from someone(I didn't get get his name. It was an 08 number) to inform me that you could not provide me with ordered item from the catalogue and that I'll be getting a florist arrangement. I asked him if he could send me a picture. He oohed and aahed and told me to keep the line open. I asked him to call me back as I was at lunch at that moment. He called back and then said that you will deliver the ordered arrangement.
